Eric Drooker | Eric Drooker’s covers for The New Yorker are a fascinating testimonial of his love to the city, it’s architecture and characters. Eric’s concepts combined with his unique perspective and compositions and a bundle of talent and skill result in magnificent and surprising covers. Eric Drooker is a painter and graphic novelist born and raised in Manhattan, New York. His fascination and love for graphic novels and art started at a young age and he continued pursing these while studying at Cooper Union majoring in sculpture. He has won awards for several of his books, including “Flood! A Novel in Pictures” and “Blood Song: A Silent Ballad.” and his paintings appear frequently on covers of The New Yorker.
