Erika Decker | Erika Decker is an extremely talented graphic designer based in Boston, MA. Studing at Boston University Design Center, with a focus on editorial design, Erika’ outstanding passion and skills for typography, layout and composition are demonstrated extensively throughout her superb portfolio. I particularly admire one of her recent works- Colloquy. Colloquy is a 5”x7”, 32 pages booklet in which Erika sets two essays, “The Crystal Goblet or Why Printing Should Be Invisible” by Beatrice Warde and “The Science of Typography” by Ellen Lupton, that offer harmonious viewpoints via different voices that are interpreted and illustrated by layout and design. The details here are magnificent; the type is set precisely, the strong imaging and layout choices - I haven’t stared at a piece so precise in a long time and it is a true pleasure.

Have a look at more of Erika’s marvelous work here.
